Honey comb

Here is the very beginning of a dream that I had last night, and the situation surrounding it.

This dream begins with a discovery within my mothers old house, the one I grew up in. I (1) tore away the floor in the dining room, as if it were an old garment, and found (2) a flat honey comb covered in honey, as it were a layer of the floor. There were no bees, at which cause I asked my father the reason. He said that the bees were probably chased away, but would likely return, or other bees would come and nest there. We began to get ready for bed, when I saw a yellow jacket. and I yelled for my father and brother to help me, but they could not hear my plea, due to their loud and boisterous laughing. I resented this, and chided them for not coming to my aid. I soon found another bee. And one turned into two, and then three.

(The dream is actually much longer than this, and I may post it in it's entirety soon, but I wanted this part to be a little easier to understand, and didn't want the large amount of details of the rest of it to muddle things
yet.)

Back in reality. At the time just before this dream, I was reading through the books of Numbers,
and Judges both together. One thing that stood out in Numbers, was the vow of separation of a Nazarite, In Numbers 6. One of the major laws of the vow, was that they would eat or drink no fruit of the vine. This meant no grapes, no wine, nothing that comes from the vine. This reminded me of Jesus, who is a Nazarene, and who swore that He would not drink the fruit of the vine until he returns in His glory. Another part of the vow is that they are not to cut their hair during the vow of their separation. It is cut at the end of their separation, and placed on the fire of their sacrifice. This made me wonder if Jesus would have 2,000+ year long hair.

The day after this dream, I was reading Judges, and just happened to be right at the story of Samson, who was a Nazarene from birth, and who’s hair was not to be cut for all of his days, nor should he drink wine. The part of Samson’s story that connects to this dream is the fact that in Judges 14:5-9 (1)* Samson tares a young lion “as it were a kid“, and some time later returns to find (2)* bees and honey in the lions carcass. He then takes the honey, and eats it, and gives to his mother and father. This connection leads me to believe that my
mothers house is somehow connected to the young lion description. I thought that this was interesting, and that I would share it.

Incidently, I had another dream recently in which I was exterminating bees from the rooms of this house, and there were
two people who were supposed to be helping me, but when I found them, they were laughing and celebrating at the expense of doing the work. I decided to go out on my own, and got stung for doing so. In that dream I was unaware of the identiy of the my two helpers, but this new dream makes me pretty sure that it was my dad and brother.
